Low speed winding on the washer went out. New motor $200, rewind the motor $300, a schematic, wire nut and crime = freebie! Who needs a delicate cycle anyway.

Updated the landscaping around the yard this weekend. We waited for the hottest weekend of the year. Looks good though.

Finally got the new hand rail installed tonight too. We still need to caulk the edge of the trim and the painters will be back to paint the walls but its so much nicer than the previous one.

Bob the Spleen

So long story but my supervisor had his spleen removed. He's fine and since he is we decided to make fun of him. So I sketched this one night watching a movie. Then traced the sketch heavy and traced it on a new piece of paper with ink. Then I scanned it to a digital file and colored it with photoshop. Added the text, printed it, cut it and then framed and matted it. Its on his desk now. I'm thinking my review should go pretty well this year.
